From conventional manual machines to the most advanced machine tool systems Nylaplas are well equipped to handle low quantity (design/development) production as well as high volume items.

We aim to offer a complete package from bench sawing polyethylene sheet to the machining of advanced plastics which require diamond tipped tooling.

From billetting to machining components with intricate detail and even the heat treatment of plastics are all processed on site.

Keeping pace with technology, we are frequently working with downloadable data supplied direct from our customer to the machine tool centre.

Electronic file transfers such as .DXF or .IGES can be imported to our CAD/CAM stations and in turn are converted to CNC programs.
